The tool itself seems fine so far, but getting help has been kind of frustrating. I emailed about an account issue and waited a couple of days, then got a short reply that didn’t really solve anything. What confused me more was that the email seemed to say one thing, but the info in my account looked like something else.

I ended up having to follow up again, and it felt like no one had really taken ownership of it. It’s not the worst support I’ve dealt with, but if you need a quick answer or clear direction, it’s not great

Chex.ai is decent enough when it’s actually up and running, which I guess is a compliment. The integrations were kind of a headache, though. A few tools didn’t connect properly, and support took longer than I expected to get back to me. It does the job, but I thought getting everything set up would be a lot smoother.

Support has been alright, but I’d rather not have to reach out in the first place. The platform just needs to be more stable before I’d feel comfortable using it regularly. That’s it.
